We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and warranty information are accurate. Warranty terms vary by product and are clearly stated on the product page. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or improper use.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Express delivery across South Africa takes approximately 8 to 11 business days. You will receive tracking information via email and SMS once your order has dispatched.

4. Returns and Cancellations

As per our store policy, you may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement if it has not yet been processed for shipping. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
